Telehealth is essentially a face-to-face meeting by video. It enables us to still see each other and talk to each other in real time while saving you a commute. Our appointments can be done anywhere you have a computer or smartphone-even in a private spot on a lunch hour!

I use a confidential, encrypted video platform created for mental health professionals.
