My counseling approach is collaborative and relational, leading with empathy and curiosity. I view you as the expert in your life.

I value a holistic view: We will look at your emotional, relational, physiological, environmental, spiritual, and psychological experiences to form a more well-rounded understanding of what is impacting you in your current circumstances.
